Anders Kaasgaard brings extensive experience in growth capital, private equity, and portfolio investments, having spent over a decade advising on high-value transactions across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining Fiftyfive Capital, Anders was a partner at the international law firm DLA Piper, where he played a key role in M&A deals, capital market transactions, and growth-stage investments. He has worked closely with both global corporations and ambitious scale-ups, guiding them through complex investment processes and strategic funding rounds.
At Fiftyfive Capital, Anders serves as Partner and CEO, where he focuses on fund structuring, investment execution, and portfolio management, including advising on exits. His deep transactional insight and hands-on experience in growth investments and capital raising are key assets to the firm’s strategic operations. While his legal expertise underpins his understanding of regulatory and compliance matters, his primary contribution lies in identifying opportunities, driving investment decisions, and supporting high-potential companies in scaling successfully.
Anders holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Copenhagen.
